OUR MISSION.

 

The Society of Women Engineers LSU chapter is an empowering organization, striving to stimulate women to achieve their full potential in their careers as engineers and leaders. SWE promotes the expansion of the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity.

SWE COMMUNITY

The Society of Women Engineers is a global organization with nearly 30,000 members. Our collegiate section partners with the Baton Rouge professional section.  We also work closely with the other sections in our region, Region C.

We encourage our members to learn more about the Greater Baton Rouge professional section, Region C, and the national organization.
